As we entered in to the new millennium, we faced many changes both in stunt shows and our personal lives. The whole crew was embarking on different journeys through life, but we still managed to make 10 stops on our tour. During that time we also attended college graduations, planned a wedding, started an Extreme Sports Ministry for Youth for Christ and moved the whole Chaos on Wheels operation.
We started out the year on April 1st in Morris, MN doing a show at 3 a.m. during an all night youth gathering. It was a great way to start the tour. As we continued throughout the year, we had six different crew members to help with setting up and promotions as well as four different riders. Each show was unique because of our diverse team. I don’t think we ever had the same crew at any one show.
As the year came to a close, Jeremiah and Jenn were married and of course Frank and Jeremiah rode at the dance to Debbie Gibson in their tuxes. After the wedding, we moved Chaos on Wheels to Iowa. We decided to take a “breather” in 2001. There were mixed feelings because it would be nice to have a free summer, but we all knew we would miss the road, people and excitement of the summer tours.
