Nothing Without Christ
During this tour I learned a very valuable lesson. The theme was based on Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” The other side to that verse is that if you try to go and do stuff without Christ you will fall flat on your face. Unfortunately I had to learn that the hard way; by falling off of my bike a few too many times.
Overall the tour was very successful and a whole lot of fun. Our travels took us to Wal-Mart in Prairie du Chen, Wisc, the Ben Wade Covenant Church in Lowry, Minn, and to Sioux Center, Iowa, for their summer celebration. We traveled to a number of other town celebrations, churches, youth groups and bike shops throughout Minnesota and Iowa. We made 13 stops in all.
